Infill extension constructed with partial garage conversion to accommodate new kitchen and Under floor heating. New dormer constructed above to accommodate two new bathrooms. Front wall re-built and new patio laid.


Ground floor extension built to create a dining room, loft converted with two dormer's to create an en-suite, office area and master bedroom, with significant structural alterations and refurbishment of the first floor to support 3rd floor. Landscaped to finish with decking, fencing, re-grading and laying of new lawn.


A two storey rear extension, part single / part double, with roof lantern and Velux windows cut into main roof, finished with a pebble dash render to accommodate new kitchen and en-suite bathroom / dressing room. Family bathroom refurbished and  velux windows cut into main roof. Raised patio constructed, with grass seed and fencing to finish.


Rear extension with structural alterations and garage conversion to accommodate new kitchen, ground floor bedroom and en-suite. Fully re-decorated inside and out. New internal doors fitted throughout including pocket doors and an under stairs storage solution. Lawn re-graded and seeded. Decking built to finish.

Wrap around single storey extension with structural alterations to prop corner of the house sat on 2mtr deep foundation, built to accommodate ground floor bathroom. Path re-graded to allow low threshold access to front door finished with sandstone and new lawn.


Major domestic structural alterations undertaken to create a steel frame, designed to support architectural glass for a part two storey / part single storey extension, with new raised patio to finish.  Fully refurbished internally to accommodate new kitchen and bathroom, along with associated ground works to re-locate fuse board in new porch, re-allocating under stairs cupboard space as a ground floor WC. CAT 5 data infrastructure and Honeywell Evohome system installed as well a pressurised hot water storage vessel and boiler in the loft.


A first floor infill extension on left hand side to accommodate new dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Ground floor WC refurbished along with the family bathroom.


Rear single storey extension on piled foundations, to accommodate a playroom. Garden re-landscaped to create a safe play zone.
